    Bath remodel (midrange) = 60.1%
    Bathroom addition (midrange) = 53.1%
    Roofing replacement (metal) = 56.1%
    Deck addition (wood) = 65.8%
    Garage door replacement = 93.8%


You’ll notice a few percentages that stand out from this list like the garage door replacement and deck addition. Curb appeal projects tend to have high paybacks as they can impact the first impression of a home.
